This SeeknFind package has been designed by end users who have requested a customized analysis program to report the actual services delivered against the planned or scheduled tasks. The Gold Logger has the added feature of providing the ability to log incident reports against locations. The on-board pre programmed two level scroll menu can manage up to one hundred different report combinations. After a location record is established the recording of an incident provides electronic record that can eliminate the paper documentation process. The exceptions report provides an instant snapshot view of the quality control of the service provision against the planned program.
Visits by location Reports
Visits by Location, generate reports for clients to show when a location has been attended and also reports additional information entered by the user, using the DL3 Gold Logger scroll menu list

With the DL3 Gold loggers additional information can be entered into the reports from the menu structure stored in the DL3 Gold Logger.

Incident Reports
From the additional information that is entered into the Logger from the menu, reports on date, time and incidents can be generated for a clients location.

Average Cycle Times Repors
Average Cyle Times show the frequency which a location is attended at over a give date and time period

Exceptions Repors
Exceptions Reports quickly identifies under and over servicing of inspection locations

Summary Reports used in SeeknFind provides the ability to drill down to other levels of information presenting a detailed view of events at a location.
