Software: Job Information Managment

The SeeknFind Job Information Management (J.I.M) program provides a robust tool for mechanic’s or other technicians to record the time spent on service and maintenance jobs. Each job card is assigned a DAELIBS electronic signature. Each mechanic or technician has their own DAELIBS data Logger. By signing on for each job the SeeknFind software is able to report the time spent on each account. This removes the need for paper time sheets.

Job Number Reports
From Summary tabels showing how much time was spent in an area where like jobs are grouped for a given time period, to Raw Data showing how much time an individaul spent on a given Job on a given day

Employee Reports
Create daily or weekly time sheets for emplyees showing how long they have spent at work and how much time they have spent on each job.
