Service Provider: is an organisation with mobile staff or sub-contactors delivering services on unsupervised locations. A Service Owner and a Service Provider may, or may not be, one and the same organisation.
Client: is the organisation that owns/manages the locations to be serviced by the Service Providers
Locations: are the places, identified with either an iButton or RFID tag, that are to be visited by the Service Provider.

Service Owners can see all the data
Service Providers can see all data relating to Loggers and associated iButtons assigned to their control
Clients can see Service provider attendance data that relates only to their registered location identifier iButton or RFID tag

Logger data can be down loaded from disbursed locations to the SeeknFind Server
Attendance information is verified data that is secure for quality assurance and audit reviews
Service reports can be viewed over the Internet 24x7 by authorised users
Multiple users can simultaneously view the same attendance data, and discuss it over a telephone conversation.
